UltraTemp is ideal for hotels, motels, apartments, condominiums and community/association pools that utilize 3-phase power. With eco-friendly technology that meets mandatory 2010 refrigerant requirements, energy efficiency and a long list of standard features, UltraTemp is the perfect solution for combating rising heat costs.

- Proven Emerson Copeland Scroll compressor that’s efficient, durable, reliable and quieter
than piston driven compressors - Three-phase power input allows for installations in most any commercial applications such as
hotels, apartments, condos and homeowner associations. - 10% increase in energy efficiency vs. single-phase units
- 100% pure titanium heat exchanger for corrosion-free performance and extra-long life.
- Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) controls refrigerant flow for optimum efficiency and
BTU output over a wider operating range. - Automatic Defrost feature senses refrigerant temperature and prevents UltraTemp from
freezing in cold temperatures. - Self-diagnostic software continuously monitors UltraTemp heat pump’s operation for peak performance.
- The first swimming pool heat pump that uses EPA-recognized R-410A refrigerant and meets 2010 mandatory requirements.
- UL, CSA, and ETL Listed
- BTU and efficiency independently certified by the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute, AHRI.
